Place sucks, garbage customer service. I went to another enterprise and received satisfactory service.
I’ve rented vehicles from here for many years. The staff is nice. Easy pick ups and drop offs. Reasonable rates.
I am compelled to formally document my dissatisfaction with this car rental location due to significant concerns regarding both their business practices and customer service. Upon returning the vehicle on time and in proper condition, I was subsequently accused of causing damage to the windshield. This allegation is entirely unfounded.
