We had the best experience with Dan Baratta at our local location in Skokie IL. He helped my mom get a car that suited her needs. She is a senior and needed a vehicle that she could get in and out of easily. He was patient, polite and very friendly. We were in and out of there within 30 minutes. He also helped us take care of an insurance issue that came up the day we returned our vehicle. He is a true asset to Enterprise. Shayle Arenson also helped to make the returning experience a breeze. I booked a car – a 7-seater Ford or similar – and called to confirm they had a car available. However, when I arrived for pickup, there was no car available. There was no assistance and no respect for appointments. The worst experience I've had with this location
