No problem all went as was expected.
Car and service was exceptional!
I don't know why I've never thought of renting a car before! My car had to unexpectedly go in for repairs shortly before I needed to go out of town, and wasn't going to be done in time for my trip. I decided to check into renting a vehicle and discovered that we had an Enterprise in town! It was so easy to reserve a vehicle ahead of time (so I could arrange for a ride to Enterprise). Over 3 days I visited 2 WI and 1 IN location. I found the excellent staff, friendly and helpful doing their best to find the right vehicle for our family and all our luggage. PUBLIC SERVICE ANNOUNCEMENT: please respect the no smoking policy when renting cars. No one appreciates the ash tray smell you leave behind. I had to pass on 2 cars because of the stench and these were cars with 5000 miles or less on them. Rude to other renters and to a business that tries to maintain fair pricing.
