They are charging me for a citation that never happened. They siphon money from customers whenever wherever they can. Do not be fooled. When I contacted the citation inquiries line the person was awful. They don’t care they just send out random bills and fees.
Everyone was personable and kind. Great customer service, even while extremely busy!
