I was immediately greeted upon entering the building. I was late for the reservation due to some last minute projects at work. Erica was extremely helpful, professional and friendly. It was one of the best experiences I've had in dealing with customer service personnel. I can't say enough good things from pick-up to drop-off. 100% fantastic.
The team and the location was great. They were very personable and professional. There was an availability challenge across the fleet, which was solved. I would never buy a Toyota Camry or hybrid vehicle based on this two day experience. It is not my cup of tea and I did not enjoy the experience. Personal choice. Overall I would say say 4 out of 5 because the service at the location was great. While waiting I could hear the team working to sincerely help everyone the best they could.
