Apparently enterprise’s Standard is if you are currently in a rental of theirs and you’re having issues and you stop at another enterprise to try to get help they can’t do anything to help you. They can’t put you in another rental car if they have a reservation on said rental car that is more important than the person that’s already in a rental being in a safe vehicle. Was very high price. The car was good.
Really good experience at the Starke Enterprise. Pickup and drop off were super easy and the staff was friendly. II reserved a small SUV and was happy with the Tucson they picked out,clean, comfortable, and a smooth ride. Would definitely rent from here again.
