I’m writing this review because every I know as well as me have only had BAD experiences here. Had a friend arrested on the side of the highway last night cause you guys didn’t update your info and the car was marked as “stolen”. Not only that but when my boyfriend and I rented there was a check engine on in the car you guys tell us to bring it from orange to Fitchburg when it would hardly accelerate. Waited until I arrived by Lyft to tell me they had no available cars even though they confirmed my appointment. Then I got to waste money taking a Lyft home.
