My poor 71 year old mother rented a car from the Fitchburg water st office for a Jeep with a half a tank of gas paid the 100 deposit and then got charged 15 bucks for a “refueling” fee which is total BS we got it at a half a tank and I specifically put gas in to the half tank when she returned it.. taking advantage of an elderly person regardless of how little or how big the charge was is absolutely ridiculous and I would be ashamed to be the guy on the phone telling me it’s a small refueling charge.. you are disrespectful d... read more
