The Fitchburg location has always been my go to for rentals. They are courteous, helpful and willing to accommodate any of your requests.
Location is small but in a convenient downtown location. Friendly staff and great service.
My poor 71 year old mother rented a car from the Fitchburg water st office for a Jeep with a half a tank of gas paid the 100 deposit and then got charged 15 bucks for a “refueling” fee which is total BS we got it at a half a tank and I specifically put gas in to the half tank when she returned it.. taking advantage of an elderly person regardless of how little or how big the charge was is absolutely ridiculous and I would be ashamed to be the guy on the phone telling me it’s a small refueling charge.. you are disrespectful d... read more
