I had a very disappointing experience with Enterprise. The morning of my scheduled pickup, I was contacted and told they likely wouldn’t have a car available, even though I had reserved in advance. An hour before my 5:30 pm pickup, I was told they had found something, but when I arrived, the vehicle reeked of cigarette smoke so strongly it gave me a headache the entire trip. Had a accident and needed a rental and enterprise had my back fixed me up with a good clean car very nice people will go there again if i ever need a rental again 🙂
The rental was simple and quick. No surprises as I have had with other companies.
If you need a rental in the future please choose enterprise they are very helpful and they go out of their way to help you in any way they can..
The car was nice. It drives like a dream. The staff were friendly and helpful.
