Had a great experience with you. I will definitely recommend you to my friends and family. Great customer service and quick to respond and answered all my questions sand concerns. I didn't feel rushed they took the time to be personable and not treat me like just another customer.
The staff at this location were all very helpful, easy to speak with, and a pleasure to do business with. I would highly recommend this location. Thank you for making this a pleasant experience, having needed to rent a vehicle while my other was being repaired. The rental vehicle was in immaculate condition, and new. I was very pleasantly surprised. Thank you again, Enterprise, for all you do to provide a vital service to the public.
This place sucks!!! Very disrespectful man who works here! I had a reservation (which they allowed me to put on said card) for weeks. When I arrived I received a huffy buffy jerk who was rude & mad that he had to get up from the desk. (Really wish I paid attention to his name) Anyway, I couldn't rent a vehicle because cash app cards aren't accepted. Yet, no where online or at the establishment was it posted! I didnt have a current bank account so no car... ruined trip.... NEVER GOING BACK
Had a wonderful car. Was extremely easy to rent. My only complaint is I wasn't told prior to showing up that I had to give a $300 deposit at the time of the rental.
Enterprise sets the standard for all car rental companies. Always outstanding.
