Ridiculous prices and then they up charge for dropping off at a different location.
My husband and I rented from Enterprise for our Oshkosh trip and we were grateful because they made our cancelled flight back home a lot easier to handle. their location is about 10 min from the airport, but the service more than made up for it. When our flight got cancelled and we were basically stranded, the branch manager Mark went above and beyond to make sure we had a car for the extra day. Needed to rent a vehicle,just to do errands , until I was able to locate a vehicle to purchase. Excellent,painless experience all the way around. Associate even gave me a ride to dealership so I could get my next vehicle. Really liked that! Highly recommend there East Green Bay location

The whole process of renting online, picking up the vehicle, and dropping off was very easy and fast. The staff was friendly and made me feel comfortable. The car was great! I rented the Ford Bronco and it got excellent gas mileage and was a very comfortable ride. I would definitely recommend Enterprise when looking for car rental!
