Called ahead to tell them that I reserved a car online and was currently in a Lyft to get to them and I would be just a few minutes behind when they were supposed to close .. the person I talked to said the manager would wait a few minutes.... Got there an all doors were locked and couldn't get thru on the phone. So I wasted money on a Lyft over here just to have them take me back home. Don't tell someone you'll give them a few minutes if you aren't planning on actually doing so... Thanks for wasting my time guys!!!
I had to get a rental for a week while my car was being repaired due to being rear ended. I was in a very stressful situation but Scotty and Jake were so incredibly helpful. They made the process so stress free, incredible customer service, and very efficient. Highly recommend them. Thanks for the help!
