We just had to stop in and add a driver in the middle of a trip. They were fast, friendly, and efficient. The facility appeared to be clean and organized.

Great communication and excellent service while my own car was being worked on. Enterprise had my rental waiting for me at the body shop, and afterward I was able to leave it there rather than making a separate trip to return the rental. Costs were as promised - no surprises - and everything was easy and hassle free.
The rental process was super easy— took all of 10 min from the time I walked in to the time I drove away. The vehicle was clean, exactly what I needed for the week, then the return was easy— 5 minutes tops. Customer service: EXCELLENT!
