My reservation got messed up and Ally went above to get me a car. She saves my vacation. I will always use enterprise whenever i need a car. Everything was explained to me.
Nice Staff
TLDR: Bart at Denton location is the best! After 2 days of being on hold, hung up on, and just not getting much help from other enterprise locations, Bart at the Denton location really came through for me. There had been a hail storm the night before I wrecked my truck, and I needed a rental but all the locations had hail damage to their rental fleets so couldn't rent any vehicles out.
