Go to a different Enterprise location!!! I reserved a car and was supposed to pick it up at 10:30 a.m. We had sleet & freezing rain that morning, so I called the 800 number to change my pick-up time to 3:30 that afternoon. I received email confirmation of the pick up time change. When I called around 3 to say I was on my way, the person I spoke to had no record of the pick up time change. Asked for more paperwork and than buying a home then asked for a $300 deposit and had to get full coverage which i was never told this before reserving the car then went to go get the paperwork and was told they couldn't rent me a car stupid that they wouldn't take a mortgage paperwork but would take a light bill if you're going to rent a car from someplace else don't waste your time here

Renting online was super easy. I booked a Nissan Sentra for a week and the whole reservation process was quick and straightforward. When I had to change my return date and even switch the return location, it wasn’t a hassle at all. Everything was explained clearly and updated without any confusion.
