Had a little delay on pick up because their system was down all day, but they called me as soon as it was back up! The two ladies that helped me were very very nice. I would definitely use this branch in the future!
Staff are meh. Some are nice and motivated and some……aren’t. Vehicles are nice though
Unfortunately, I had my first (and last) bad experience at this location recently, having rented consistently for several years with excellent experiences throughout. Having taken care to back-park responsibly throughout my trip and check the vehicle thoroughly upon return, I was subsequently charged $500 for what the agency describes as a “huge dent” at the rear of the vehicle. Great experience - easy and smooth
1 star bc the customer rep was nice. So, our vehicle broke down on a backroad in PA, on the hottest day of the year, with no internet or cell service. We flagged down a car and hitchhiked to Milford, PA and the guy dropped us off by a little repair shop. Shoutout to Edwin, for picking up 2 strangers on the side of the road, while on his way to work.
