I was a bit surprised when the vehicle I rented obviously had not been cleaned. There was dirt on the drivers and passenger side floor and in the center console. Then today I went to put down the 3rd seat of this vehicle so I could haul some stuff and was amazed to find a huge (and I mean huge) network of spider webs. I have rented cars from many places and have never seen anything like this before.
Poor experience with them handling my rental process. Poor communication, dont answer phones - very careless business.
