Excellent experience and will absolutely rent from here again. I had a large SUV for several days. Friendly, professional customer service from Billy Harmon gives this review FIVE stars. He was very helpful and knowledgeable. An overall great experience!
Only 1 star and that's generous. Was in an accident and needed rental. Insurance company put in the reservation and enterprise was supposed to call within 4 hrs. No call talked to two different people over 2 days and couldn't get into a rental truck. They never called me back. Way to suck. Hertz in norman oklahoma took care if it in about 30 minutes. They are on interstate drive for the next customer that has issues. Hope this helps
