If I could give no stars I would. Got a full size suv rental for 4th of july weekend to travel to visit family. The vehicle broke down on the side of the highway in 105degeee weather and I was told by customer service that the turnpike was a restricted area enterprise could not do anything for me. Got told I had to drive all these different places all while I had 4 kids in a hot car that wouldnt drive. I just wish they credit people for early returns instead of charging full 24 hour rate for 8 hours
