I rented a vehicle from Enterprise while my vehicle was being repaired. I was not asked what type of vehicle I wanted nor was I informed at the time of rental that I could not transport my dog in the vehicle. I was also not informed that my insurance company would cover the cost of the insurance. The repair was supposed to take three weeks and eventually took two months. Be mindful of who drives your vans and represents the "Enterprise" name: our street receives packages via an Enterprise van and FLIES- SPEEDS-in other words- GOES TOO FAST down our street; well over the 25mph. We have 9+ kids who actively play in our yards and on their bikes on these shared side streets. In a proactive effort, we have a "slow-children at play" yellow-guy to let speedier drivers know to be cautious.
