Don’t bother using the airport location. My company booked 2 cars during the advertised opening hours. No one showed up. Luckily Avis was available. Use Avis in Pocatello much better customer service. Avis sticks to their hours.
Bad service. No is at the counter. Waited more than. One hour.
Terrible service. When you land there is no one at the counter. Waited one hour for a rental.
I reserved a car at the airport for noon and nobody was there. I had to go to the one in town and those guys gave me a car with a leaking tire. Second time using them and both times were awful. I used them because they were cheaper for what I needed, but never again.
Do not rent from here!! They sent me a bill a month after I returned the car I was being charged $700 for glass replacement. No one can tell me what glass they replaced, they didn't take any pictures and they will not e-mail me back with the proper documents to file a claim with the insurance I purchased! Disgusting, I have never been soo sickened by a company in my life!!!!
