I hesitate to leave a positive review because they might become so busy that they won’t have a car when I need it. But that would be selfish of me. Lakeport Enterprise now has more cars so they can meet the needs of the community. The women who staffed the place were professional and courteous. They applied our Costco member discount. The process was easy. The return was easy. I think we’ll get a bigger car next time- the Nissan Versa felt low to the ground. But it was very fuel efficient. We recommend Enterprise!

The enterprise in lakeport was very limited in cars to rent. In fact I had only one choice. However staff was nice enough and said I could I exchange at any other enterprise. There was also a mess up with my paperwork but it did get resolved but caused me some stress which I did not need. Otherwise, the experience was decent enough and easy.
