I had an excellent experience working with Bennett! He helped me secure a rental vehicle on very short notice and made the entire process smooth and stress-free. Bennett was extremely knowledgeable, communicated clearly every step of the way, and went above and beyond to make sure everything was handled quickly. I really appreciated his professionalism and great customer service. I highly recommend working with him!

Car was easy to rent. People were very friendly and everything was ready as expected. It was a very quick and easy transaction. The car I rented had seen better days. It was very beat up inside and out. In the end, it got me to and from my destination. The noises and looks of the car did not give me confidence so there was a bit extra worry that should have been unnecessary.
Very good experience at Grafton Enterprise Rental Car easy pick up and return courteous staff.
