So this Manheim Office, it comes standard with people that really go that extra mile to make sure that you are taken care of. This was probably the best experience as a customer from any business i’ve ever had to deal with. Every single one of them made sure i left with a smile!!! From the representative that was helping me to the call center, even management. Great Job!
Needed a rental car and not very knowledgeable in doing so. Luckily the east petersburg had jaidan (jk). Even with a long line of people he got everyone thru and explained everything and was super nice. What a great thing to see a younger person actually be a great worker. Wish more people were as good as he is.
