The lady was rude she was on the phone while also getting my information .I would ask a questions she ignored me she was also rude the person on the phone. I were asking If my children could drive the car since they are over 18 years of age they are on my insurance policy. She said no so I rented the car for a day instead of the week I would kept the car. I went and paid a friend to use her extra car for the week. I wouldn't ever use this location again.
