Disgusted with Enterprise. First, their talk of picking up customers is a fraud. They will make excuses not to do that. I arrive at the location in Bloomington and they tell me that my debit card is worthless. Now this is basically my fault, I do not rent cars all that much. They tell me they can do nothing, so I walk a half a mile in the winter to get to my bank and straighten things out. DISGUSTED with Enterprise. My husband recently got rear-ended and the auto-body shop recommended renting through Enterprise while our vehicle was getting repairs. The individuals working were swamped when I came to pick up my rental and only did a very brief run through of the rental and any existing damage before sending me out.
