This facility in Arnold, MO is the best. Very accommodating staff, good vehicles, convenient location, easy to rent a car. They are my GO TO for vehicle rental.

Terrible experience
I rented my first car ever through my insurance after i was hit by an uninsured driver, which ended up totaling my car. The manager who works here was incredibly helpful. When i came to pick up the rental during the holiday weekend, he noticed that my car was marked as driveable by insurance and car wasn’t set to go to the shop until Monday. He told me i might want to call insurance and confirm they know my vehicle is not driveable as sometimes they won’t cover the rental before car goes into the shop. I appreciate him going... read more
