Very friendly staff, perfectly transparent with the costs and contracts (which was a nice surprise). The car was excellent and the fact they gave me a ride home was really the extra mile (pun intended). I am completely satisfied
Overpriced. A bunch of hidden fees that they corner you into at the last minute AFTER you've signed most of the paperwork. Ridiculous. If I could give a negative rating, I would. NEVER USING THEM AGAIN.
