Tried to charge me $600+ for the difference of driving an SUV instead of a sedan- when they were the ones who put me in the SUV because they didn’t have the car ready for my appointment originally! Still have not gotten the follow up call I was supposed to receive yesterday, nor my money!

I had the appointment time wrong so I showed up 3 hours late and 15 minutes before closing. Thankfully they had another vehicle available that feels like an upgrade to me but is the same price. The worker stayed 45 minutes past closing to clean this vehicle and the one for the customer ahead of me. This is the above-and-beyond that I expect from enterprise. I took a star off because the worker was passive aggressive and clearly frustrated with me for being late, but it was her last day working there so whatever.
