It takes a long time to process a rental at San Jose location, and that’s with reservations. They always say they are short staffed handed every time 🙄😕
I would be very careful and thoroughly check your vehicle and refuse to take it if you notice an issue. The car I rented had a sour smell that Enterprise tried to cover up with Febreze. All clothes that were worn while in the car smelled sour after getting out of it. The car should have been professionally cleaned. Instead they rented it and tried to cover it up. Beware.
I had a great experience with the San Jose Blvd location. On the day we were scheduled to pick up our vehicle at the Phillips Hwy location was swamped due to a dealership recall and they were giving out vehicles faster than they could keep up. Event thought some customers were being very demanding the staff at this location very professional and always showed top notch customer service.
