Great experience
I have rented a car from this place before, but my last experience wasn’t the best. There were some unexpected charges that made the final bill higher than I anticipated. However, after discussing it with the staff, the representative was understanding and worked with me to adjust the price, which I appreciated. I hope pricing can be clearer in the future, but I’m glad they were willing to resolve the issue.
Staff was very accommodating, transparent and friendly. Very easy turnaround. Brought the rental car to and pickup it up from the repair shop. Car was clean and ran very well. Excellent all around.
I had the worst experience ever in this location. I previously rented from differnt locations with no problem.However the manager at this location refused to help me even though I had my reservation already in place for days. When I arrive they tell me that they dont have a car for me even though there were tons of vehicles in there lot. They discriminated me and they refused to rent me a car. Absolutely horrible experience. I DO NOT recommend you visit this location.
