The people at Enterprise were awesome!
The staff here are awesome. I'm renting a car via my auto insurance since my car was wrecked the staff at the santer location have been incredibly understanding and helpful. They were flexible with dates and willing to do the best they could with rental rates after my insurance stopped paying for it. Honestly I was amazed at the stable service quality as there was a shift or transition with at least an assistant manager, maybe even site and assistant site manager
The manger Luis made things right! The price was told at one place and when I received the invoice I was shocked! Way more! I called and he made sure to explain what had happened and adjusted the price. Stand up person for sure! Thank you!
