Excellent quick service.
So far my biggest gripe is not being able to get ahold of anyone all morning. If my rental is up at 11am and I can’t get ahold of anyone, I hope they don’t penalize me for that. Several attempts to call over hours and no response or to be told to call back anyway. Not really convenient. Edit: as expected, couldn’t return car when I needed because I could not schedule a ride. I’m so sorry I don’t remember the name of the employee who picked me up from the garage, and took me to Enterprise on Bayshore Blvd, PSL FL, to pick up a rental. Very beautiful pleasant Jamaican lady 🤗. I was also very happy to know that I could leave the rental at the garage after picking up my car. Thank you for your wonderful service.

Would give zero stars if possible. Loud music, disregard for customers, felt like this place is run by high schoolers. Was given wrong information that jacked my bill up, and general terrible service. The car was good but absolutely nothing else.
