I was not happy about the rental office. It was extremely poorly run. The line was almost out the door. The staff was kind and nice. The car itself was nice and ran well. I had an appointment to get my car on April 8th at 10am. I don’t know why they bother with appointments as it is first come first serve. There were people sitting there before me that had been there for 4 hours!!!. Anyway I was given a rental and out the door at 1230 in the afternoon. Did not make me very happy. The story of my life. Left a stroller in the car when I called to get it back they said they don’t have it has been proven to them it was returned with the car which means either the cleaners stole it or they don’t clean the cars correctly and rented it to someone else without cleaning it.
vanesia was very great I had trouble at other locations because there vehicles had recalls on them she went search and found me a vehicle in less than a hour and called me and said i have one waiting for you customer service is very great she needs a raise
Great rental experience
Beware everyone; Start carrying a bottle of gas with you to top up the gas in their parking lot upon returning!! We got gas from the closest gas station on Crosstown on our way to return (have the receipt to prove it!). They charged us 0.9 gallon of gas for refueling!! Meanwhile, when we picked up the car, it was below F, when we returned it, it was above F. We actually put in more than we used.
