I always have an outstanding experience with this Lakeland Branch! I had an awful, experience at the Enterprise within the airport-Matthew was rude and provided no solutions to help me. In a state of frustration, I called the Lakeland Branch and they made everything right! I can't recommend this BRANCH enough! Thank you, Jason-Hayley-Dion! Great group of professionals!
I enjoy an appreciate the customer service at this particular location all of the workers there are so polite and friendly but Mr. Earnest an Ms. Michelle always go above an beyond to make sure that u are happy an satisfied before u leave they indeed are my favorites I always ask for them when I arrived if I don't see them I would definitely recommend this site to anyone who is interested in finding a rental car site.
The experience was wonderful.
The branch manger there is awesome, he is very friendly and will go out his way to make u happy. The branch manger there at flowood enterprise will not let u leave unhappy .The other workers are nice and friendly to .Everyone had great attitude there and greet you with a warm smile.
