These guys were GREAT!!!! My sister had a very severe car accident and I just grabbed my dog and a toothbrush and ran up to Sacramento. The insurance company referred me to Enterprise. Ian picked me up at the hotel where I was staying, was SOOO compassionate and customer service oriented. When I returned the car, they waived the fee of cleaning as my dog had to be in the car on the trip home. Then a very nice gentleman took me over to Volvo to pick up my car.
