Seth went above and beyond. Some of the best customer service I’ve received from a rental Company.
We rented a car on Friday from this Hamilton OH location. They dropped it off at HAO- Hogan Field Airport. Wonderful Service, this is why we fly into this airport. We have done this several times and never had a problem with the car or the rental agreement and the price is perfect. Without this convenient service, we probably would go elsewhere. Please keep up the wonderful customer service at Butler Co. Airport. We always recommend you to our GA pilot friends.
Great experience. Clean rental vehicle. Dropping off rental at repair shop to pick up my " fixed " vehicle was very nice and convenient. Made picking up my SUV with one person supper easy.
Trying to pick up a rental it’s an absolute nightmare to deal with. They said be here at 4:30 but when I walked in was told my reservation is at 5pm. I was told I would be placed in a minivan originally and now they say I get a small size suv. My vehicle being repaired is a minivan so why the downgrade!? Also definitely do not use the restroom. It’s absolutely disgusting 🤮
