Enterprise helped us get all the way to Cali to see my son! Friendly and helpful employees. We called and changed things a few times and they were always kind and accommodating! Recieved our deposit back in a timely manner, actually quicker than I thought! Very happy!
I thought it was awesome that they able to accommodate my personal preferences. I will not drive foreign cars. They had a honda ready and was willing to give me the chrysler instead. My grandfather and father didn't fight for our country to sell it to foreign manufacturers. It should be an option when making the reservation. The staff was amazing very willing to accommodate my needs. The only improvement I would suggest is wiper blade replacement more frequently. Very nice rental car & very friendly staff at the location, would highly recommend!
A very good place to rent vehicles only because of a manager named Carrighan. She is awesome and very knowledgeable and caring to customers. That company is lucky to have her there if not, all the sales and extensions they get will not exist. The guys there are not competent, i had a very bad experience when carrighan is not there on different occasions. If you ever go there ask for carrighan. Tested and trusted.
