Carrigan is always attentive and makes the entire process seamless from start to finish. I truly appreciate the professionalism and care she brings every time. Note: Cars aren’t always listed online, so it’s a good idea to call or stop by the Iowa City branch to check availability directly.
Horrible. Said I owed money, and when I offered to pay, it would not take it because they could not find it an invoice number, get your stuff together
A few months ago, we reserved a full-size SUV for a trip — because we had six people traveling and needed the space. However, just one day before pickup, we received a call saying the full-size SUV was out of stock and asking if a standard SUV would be okay. That last-minute change left us scrambling to find a solution with very little time.
