Needed a rental car due to mine being totaled during an accident. The guys at the Chippewa, PA location were very professional and accommodating. I'd absolutely rent from these guys again.
Placed a reservation with their corporate office to pick up a vehicle at 11am for a work trip. Got a phone call the morning of that they wouldn’t have a car until after 5pm. Why would they offer bookings for days and times that aren’t actually available? Now scrambling to find a reservation.
Made a reservation for a staff member to take students to a state band competition and the Beaver Falls location gave the car away blaming it on the NFL draft in town. Said the reservation was entered as 8 am and we tried to pick it up at 10 like we said when we ordered it but they gave it away. This was not an online reservation but was made on the phone directly with a representative in that office.
