Smooth ride, good gas mileage! Good customer service!
They constantly overbook and do not have the rentals available. It would happen once in awhile, when the location was downtown on 24th St in Beaver Falls, but since they moved to the plaza in Chippewa, things have gotten bad. It is a company business strategy to overbook, to make sure they have all of their cars on the road for the weekend, no matter what. RENTERS BEWARE. I spent 3 hours at the location this morning waiting for an “exotic” rental that came with more damage than my 17 year old kids car. Only to be told there was nothing they could do once I finally got “Skyler” on the phone who is the worst CSR I’ve ever had the displeasure of dealing with. Enterprise used to be my go to. Now they are a joke and hire young kids who don’t know anything.
