I rent vehicles year round and ALWAYS use Enterprise in Clayton. They are friendly Extremely accommodating. The manager Lauren is awesome she will solve any problem that comes up and do it while smiling. The only place I rent from!!
I have always dealt with the Clayton branch and this time was one of the best times! Lauren went above and beyond,she really went out of her way to make sure that I had a car that I was comfortable in (this was an insurance claim) my experience with Lauren and Brian was really the best part of what I was going through ���� I would definitely recommend going to the Clayton location and Lauren will take awesome care of you!
I have been using the Clayton branch since 2008. I have met many employees thru the years. Everyone is always professional. They follow up on your service and always ask if you are/were satisfied. I would highly recommend this branch!
Loved my sales person at the Clayton location. She was awsome. Poor thing didnt have enough help though. People lined up out the door. Car was nice but the Sirius Radio didnt work and thats one thing I inquired about because of our long trip and not wanting to scan through local stations to get one I liked. But overall.....I would never go to any other rental car agency.
