The staff is good when they are there. I have rented from here before and had a smooth experience. However, I have a return Friday morning at 8 am. Currently almosy 9 am sitting outside the store and nobody is there. The door is locked. I am unable to return the vehicle at the time appointed.
Not an ounce of professionalism. The gentleman who used to work there about 3 yrs ago is way better! I wish they will bring him back! Rude is the right word for the lady who runs that office now
Unprofessional. I reserved a car and paid someone to bring me to Magnolia to get it. When I arrived, the worker was inside telling a lady how she’ll take her to get money to put on her card. But she told me they didn’t have a car me and noted that I was paying with debit. I told her I could have paid with credit or debit but she just didn’t want to deal with me.
