My resent rental car experience with Enterprise was great I really enjoyed my trip.
The place is under staffed so wait times are longer.
When they say they will pick you up, they mean if you are within 10 miles of them. I had a break down while traveling and found this out. I requested an SUV but they said they only had a Pickup available. When I got there it was a small economy 4 door hatchback Nissan with less than half a tank of gas. My plans changed while I had it and I needed to change the drop off location. I called to see what was needed and was told I would be charged a "One Way fee" but they could not tell me how much that would be, even when I told ... read more
