We arrived at closing time and the manager was so accommodating and helpful! Great customer service!!

Document, document, document your vehicle when you take possession of it. The vehicle that I was given had a side door dent. The Enterprise employee told me not to worry about it. Thank God I took a picture of it because 73 days later I got an email claiming that I caused that damage along with a bill for over $2,000.
