The manager of the Great Falls, Montana location (10th st) is one of the best. He followed up with us after I called to see about extending our rental. He is very good with customer service, support, and interaction which is rare nowadays.
By far the best car rental experience I've had...and I've rented often! All the agents (Padington, DeAndre, & Jim) I worked with were extremely attentive and thorough. It's worth taking a taxi here instead of renting from the airport.
