Enterprise has the best staff, especially Great Falls. This team represents the company professionally and should be proud to have them. The company I work for rents quite a few monthly in different towns of Montana and different states. I would highly suggest renting from Enterprise! I know our company will. Thank you for all you do to make trips easy as possible.
I just got scammed myself. Rented a truck in November, the “manager” informed me the chip was fixed during the pre-rental inspection. The chip spread because it was freezing. Now I’m liable for the cracked windshield. What a joke.
I rented a car with Enterprise at the airport in Great Falls. Yet, the folks at the 10th Avenue Enterprise were willing to check a tire for me - it was reading low on the sensor but just fine. I was thankful and sure appreciate that they are willing to help out!
Courteous and accommodating
The rental process was simple, no hassle. The gentleman that assisted me was courteous, and friendly. The vehicle was clean and drove nicely. The return was quick, it was after hours so I dropped off the keys in the deposit box. I was refunded my deposit within 48 hours of my return. I will rent again from Enterprise.
