Wouldn't pick me up at the airport Ihad to walk to a pickup point. After I lost the fob, a rental replacement was not available there were no cars. Apparently, there is only one place in Montana that reprograms fobs, it is 250 miles from where I live. I handled the tow and the replacement car on my own because enterprise was completely incompetent. It sounds unbelievable until you visit with people in the industry in Montana and learn, it is a terrible company. My experience is far from unique

While vacationing in the area,our truck needed immediate service. Since we wouldn't be able to get a ride to Enterprise from the dealership until early evening I called to make the reservation. I specifically asked to pick up the car at Great Falls airport and offered to pay with my debit card while on the phone. I was told that I would need to make my payment at the desk when I picked up the car. We get a ride to the airport and I discover that the reservation was actually made at a different location in GF. Kayla was extremely friendly and helpful. Made the whole experience fantastic. Vehicle was clean and well maintained
