Our car broke down mid-vacation, so we had to rent a car. We chose Enterprise, and glad we did. Everything went smoothly. The Mazda SUV ran well, no problems going up to Mount Rainier. A couple of days later, we had to go back to Canada to get our other car so we could return the rental to Bellingham. No issues getting through the border to Canada, and none going back to Bellingham to return the vehicle. Staff was great, Brian in Gig Harbour and Caprial in Bellingham. I did an insurance rental through the Gig Harbor Enterprise office. On the pick-up and drop off the service was fast and friendly. They came out of the office to meet me when I pulled up. They drove me to the shop to pick up my vehicle. I have used this office 3-4 times and always had great service.
Couldn’t have asked for a better experience! I’ve only rented two or three cars in my life, and this was an exceptional experience. Brian was so kind and explained everything to me in such a knowledgeable way. There’s so many things that I get nervous about when renting a car or doing something new and Brian knew the answer before I knew the question. The car was great, it was clean, it was really easy to pick up my car and to drop off.
