Made a reservation on Sept 27th for a 1200 pick up on Oct 5th. Was called and told car is not ready. We had to do a late check out at 1400. Went to lobby at 1400 and still no car. Told they have no idea when one will be ready due to "late drop offs, vehicle recalls, people extending rentals, etc." We are not sure why a reservation does not reserve a car. The Agent at the local location provided what information he had available but for now we just sit here and wait....going on the third hour past our pick up time. Will never... read more

I booked a reservation over a week in advance. They even called me the day prior to confirm the reservation. I showed early because when I booked the reservation they informed me the time I asked to pick up was close to closing. When I arrived they said the vehicle for my reservation had not been returned yet and offered me a minivan. I said I understood and I was trying to be respectful of their closing time so I left and I came back 15 minutes before closing and they said they did not have a vehicle for me.
