I had an excellent experience, and a big part of that was thanks to Shehicka. She was incredibly kind, professional, patient, and helpful throughout the entire process. She took the time to answer all my questions and made everything so easy and stress-free. It’s rare to meet someone who genuinely cares about providing great customer service, and Shehicka truly went above and beyond. Thank you for your kindness and positive attitude. I had a wonderful experience renting my car at this branch of Enterprise. The store manager, Deanna, and the assistant manager, Jade, were friendly, professional, helpful, and it was a pleasure!
My experience at Enterprise was extremely disappointing. Deana was very rude, unhelpful, and lacked professionalism throughout the entire interaction. I was scheduled to pick up a rental vehicle, but when I arrived, the car was not ready, resulting in a complete waste of my time and causing a major inconvenience. To make matters worse, there were roaches visible inside the facility, which raised serious concerns about cleanliness and customer care.
