Super disappointed with my experience at this Enterprise location. I needed a premium SUV for an important commitment and made the reservation the night before. I only found out the vehicle wasn’t available after arriving at the location to pick it up. I was told they had tried calling me, but I never received a call or any other notification. For something that can significantly disrupt a customer’s plans, there should be multiple attempts to communicate, including a text message or email, so the renter is made aware before... read more

Excellent experience with Enterprise! The young lady who assisted me at the front desk was extremely friendly, professional, and helpful. She made sure I was taken care of throughout the entire process and went out of her way to make sure I got the car I needed. Great customer service from start to finish. Highly recommended!
