Klaus should be fired from this location. Recently rented a car, we modified the reservation to be dropping off at the airport. Not only did he fail to change that in their system, we then had to eat a $50 fee cause he couldn’t do his job properly. Enterprise backing an employee who failed to do his job properly, shows just how misguided this company is. The managers up front were nothing but dishonest as well. There is a reason this place seems to have some bad reviews. The environment is super unfriendly, and the location of this place is a pig sty inside. There was sand all over the ground. Some of the ladies upfront were super disrespectful when my mom was picking up her rental. The cherry on top of this pig sty is the car being insanely dirty… after of course waiting exactly 112 mins for a rental. Definitely don’t rent from this location!
I had a very poor experience renting from this location, and honestly fed up with big companies taking advantage of customers… AND on top of that being incredibly disrespectful about it. How a company can stand behind an employee who made a mistake and then hang up the phone on a paying customer is beyond me. The managers here are extremely unprofessional. Rented a car, after we dropped it off, we got hit with a $50 fee, because Klaus P, did not disclose to us the airport drop fee. Then they back him, after we had already been told by him, that we were fine, they wouldn’t even disclose his name to us, since they probably knew he messed up, and knew we would write a bad review on him. Incredibly frustrating how they handled this entire situation. Absolutely disgusting company to have worked with, stay away!!!
