I had a terrible experience with this Enterprise location. My reservation was for August 30th, but about a week before, I received a call saying the vehicle I reserved would not be available. That doesn’t make sense if a car is not available, then it shouldn’t be allowed to be reserved in the first place. To make matters worse, during one of the follow-up calls, I was told by a representative that I could get a different vehicle at the same rate.
