Recently my family and I rented a van for a trip to Colorado. I went into the office on L street to make a reservation 2 months in advance. 6 days before pickup I went in again to confirm my reservation would be honored. I was told that there was a recall on the vans and it was highly unlikely that I would get a van for our trip.
