Clarification is definitely needed here. We are giving Shaqueal and the only other person back in the detail bay 5 stars. These 2 gentlemen did an amazing job operating this location ALONE. There is an Enterprise Truck Rental at the same location and the person riding that desk did nothing to assist the car rental employees AT ALL. Shaqueal kept a calm, efficient, professional and steady head on his shoulders while having to turn away customers because more reservations were made than cars actually available at this location... read more

Don’t be surprised if there isn’t a car for you even though you made a reservation. Worst part is that you have to call them to find out it’s cancelled, they won’t bother calling you.
