I came in just before closing because my truck ended up in the shop just before I needed to make a trip into Charlotte the next morning. Angela was very helpful and was able arrange things around to put me in a vehicle within about 15 mins. I will definitely come back the next time I need to rent a vehicle.
I dealt with Austin Sanders and he was super helpful. We were in a bind due to our newer car having a thermostat issue. Whoever I spoke to on the phone was helpful as well.
