I want to thank Chris for all his help and assistance with obtaining my rental. He was incredibly accommodating, especially when I arrived an hour earlier than my scheduled appointment, and made the process smooth and stress-free. I also want to express my appreciation to the young lady who called to let me know my rental had been checked back in after I dropped it off when the location was closed. Both the greeting and follow-up were excellent—truly a great experience from start to finish.

Been here for almost an hour and SEVERAL groups that came in just minutes ago have gotten their vehicles while I am still waiting on mine.

Waxahchie location run by Bryant is lucky to have Chris. He is an A player. He took care of everything we needed an emergency situation in less than an hour on a Friday afternoon.

Came to pickup the rental, I was told they did not have any, I asked what I should do then, they told me to call the number I scheduled the rental because was their problem, when I call the number, I was told that the manager on site is responsible to update the information on the computer, back and forth blames nobody apologize and offer a solution after 3 phone calls.
