Why the hell do I need a credit card to rent the car? I have a bank card not credit card
We recently rented a Pacifica from Enterprise and it turned into a nightmare. We were 3 days into our rental when my wife noticed roaches in the vehicle. It was a huge health hazard — we ended up having to throw away all of our personal belongings that were in the car. To make matters worse, it took 3 days and numerous phone calls to get them to come and retrieve the vehicle. The whole time we felt ignored and dismissed by their team. I literally called this place to get help about a rental, the person who picked up the phone Already started giving me attitude and did not want to help at all. I kept trying to explain to him the situation and still gave me attitude. I ended up finding a better solution, because they weren’t helpful at all.
We rented a car from this location and during our vacation learned there was German roaches in the car. When we reached out once aware they stated to return the car. Unfortunately no Enterprise withing 100 miles had a replacement car. They stated they would give a refund since we were stuck in the car to come home. We called when we returned and said someone would be out to pick the car up and the area manager should be contacting us. Well we waited a week and called the location again.
