Great customer service, Edgar was very helpful with answering any questions that I had. We reserved a mini-van for our road trip but got an upgrade to a premium SUV which was even better! Service for pick up and drop off was quick and easy. The SUV was clean and had no issues with driving. I have been using the Brighton branch for every car rental and will continue using them. Keep up the great work.

Thought we’d rent from the Brighton Enterprise location as it was close to our residence even though we’d had prior issues with them. Well, they were complete garbage again. Didn’t have the vehicle we reserved ahead of time, just like our prior experience. We had to change several plans for our trip due to their negligence. DO NOT RENT FROM THIS COMPANY/LOCATION. UNPROFESSIONAL AT BEST
