I want to give high praise to the staff members at Brighton Enterprise because they show the true meaning of customer service.
This branch is very friendly and professional. We showed up for our reservation and the recent hail storm made most rentals out of stock. They said they would do their best to get us a vehicle and within two hours we had one. It was very clean and well maintained. We drove from Denver to Florida and back with no issues at all. Would definitely recommend this branch.
Need a car for the following weekend. I reserved a higher end SUV online on Monday for a Friday evening pick up. Thursday I called to make sure they would have the car for the next day. They said they wouldn’t have the higher end vehicle I reserved but I would have an Explorer or something similar. Hannah at this location was great. I rented a car I wasn't all too pleased with and turned around 5 minutes after I left. Once I returned, she kindly and professionally led me to other options. I ended up leaving with something I'm much happier with. Thank you, Hannah!
