Not point of having reservations. They still make you wait for atleast 1 hour. They only thing they say is sorry.
Wow! What great consumer service! I needed a rental (30 days) while my truck was getting hail damage repaired. After a couple of weeks in a small Nissan I called to see if they could get me into something that fit my work and family a bit better. They quickly got me into a new vehicle at a fair price. The local Brighton CO branch has poor customer service and they constantly run out of cars. They handed me a lemon that kept dying and that was a car I had to wait to get. Jessie (?) the manager let me know she was too busy to let me know she was out of cars. I had a reservation but when my ride brought me to get my car, there were none. They seem overworked and overwhelmed at this location.
