Drove 30 minutes with a reservation waiting for me. No car when I arrived. I’d zero star if I could. A courtesy call would be nice you a -holes

Unreliable. We were to pickup a vehicle on a Friday before a road trip on Saturday. Enterprise called at 2:30 saying the vehicle needed new tire. Representative said he would call after the tire got repaired. No call from them. We tried calling them at 4 before they closed at 5. Also called at 4:30. No answer both times. They didn’t even bother calling Saturday. We had to call them. Now we have to find other means of transportation, call our credit card company etc. More work for us. Not helpful. Can I give 0 stars?
