Mika (not certain of spelling) was very rude. When I asked her questions about my reservation she had an attitude, her answers were very short, and she acted as if she was tired of talking to me. On each occasion I entered Enterprise - Natchez she looked at me and did not speak or acknowledge my entry into the building.
