Extremely unprofessional rental company. They allow customers to book any vehicle type online, but only inform you a few hours before pickup that the reserved vehicle is not available. This forces customers to cancel their own reservations at the last minute, causing major inconvenience. You have no where to complain this, and the company takes no responsibility for their failure to honor confirmed reservation. Customer service is equally unhelpful. Anicia at the Daycreek, RC store was great. She is sole staff running this shop and she had me in and out with a mental within an hour. She is very pleasant and personable. Very good at her job. She is definitely an asset to the Enterprise family.
The front desk customer service was excellent. The receptionist truly went above and beyond to help me secure a 15-passenger van. Her dedication made all the difference, and because of her, I’ll absolutely be coming back. Very grateful
Anicia is great! This location is close to my house, so it was very convenient.
This location is a bad experience. They overcharged me. They charged me daily rate instead of monthly rate and weekly rate. They increased rental rate in the middle of rental. Most ridiculously, they made up a visit to their office to justify their increased rate. They also try to make it look like the vehicle stolen. Truly out of their minds. I bought a car at carmax soon after.
