I encountered happy and helpful enterprise workers who treated me well and with respect. They were very friendly and professional, and the car I rented was clean. Had gas in it and ran well. Yes I will rent from Enterprise again.
My experience at Enterprise in Crofton, although a long wait, was made very positive by John (I believe that is what I caught his name to be). From the time he picked us up to the time we were sitting in our rental, he was extremely personable, friendly, and up-beat. He did everything in his power to make our wait as short as possible. It was clear that he's a people-person, and our experience with him was one we will remember. Thank you, John!
