Car pickup and return was fine once I was at the Enterprise store. Scheduling pickup at the repair shop was good until they said 1-2 hour wait. I specifically called ahead the day before to set up a pickup appointment. The repair shop graciously drove me to Enterprise. Extremely frustrating when I you think everything's been planned and it ends up not planned.
Couldn’t understand rep from call center. They then give me a reservation number for the McHenry location and they have NO cars….
Great customer service and the car was perfect!!! Highly recommend.
