I was very disappointed with my recent rental experience with Enterprise. The vehicle I received was not clean and clearly had not been properly detailed before being given to me. I contacted customer service to report the issue and requested a callback, but no one ever responded. Despite the inconvenience and the condition of the car, Enterprise refused to make any adjustment to my bill. Staff was very helpful Pick up and drop off service was great. Will rent again.
The team was very kind and knowledgeable! They made the rental car process extremely easy and were flexible with pickup/drop off times-even though they were extremely busy!
