After several stops and starts, about 8 miles, the dash display alerted that there was an Engine malfunction. The car interior smelled bad, marijuana odor. Turned on air conditioner and the smell worsen. I could not trust this car on the freeway
I first rented a car from Enterprise over 30 years ago. Back then I had such an awful experience, that I never rented from them again. Until now. I'm glad I tried them again. I had such a great experience this time around that I now plan on renting from Enterprise going forward. I hope other locations are as well run and friendly as this one on Anaheim street in Long Beach.
The Enterprise people are all very well trained and do a nice job with the guest interfacing in my opinion. Felicia Ortega at the Long Beach Anaheim branch is exceptional!
I’m trying to change my car on 2-21-25 9:20am the guy was going to charge but the Latina lady curly hair she say No he has to go back where he gets the car we do have any right now and the lot was full she’s rude and very unprofessional also she drives a black Tesla because with this lady bad customer service
What a wonderful experience, thanks to Felicia! She was friendly, professional and knew her job well. We watched her get busy and handled the crowd, single handed, beautifully! We've been coming to this location for years, but she was memorable!!
