The staff here has no idea of anything, there were no cars for us even when we had an appointment and they didn't even give us any options for any car nor did they give us a practical waiting time, one says 30 minutes other 1.5 hours. Absolutely ridiculous and disappointing. They never have a car. Ever.
Talk about one of the worst experiences I have ever had. The lack of customer service, the ridiculous prices. I would never ever come here. I was going to use them for my rental because my insurance sent me there. They tried charging a bunch of money upfront for a car that so below subpar. From the intake process, handled by Felicia at the Enterprise Long Beach office, to the end of my rental term, the service was outstanding.
Extremely pleasant and helpful customer service representatives (Jocelyn and Deion) at the Anaheim Street facility.
June, 2025… I’ll spare everyone the details, but suffice to say not much has changed here. Took them 45 minutes to get me a vehicle and out the door. Downgrading my rating back to 1 star. August, 2021... Two years after my first experience with this location, I reserved two more trucks. Two weeks ago, manager Brandon came through with the full-size pickup I reserved! Bravo!!
