“They are rentals” said the Manager.. Vehicle #1: the sun visor fell off onto my lap; safe issue. Vehicle #2: driver seat has hole with exposed foam. Vehicle #3: interior unsanitary odor. Back to #2: Manager said we can you call if anything more pristine comes in, or you’re welcome to go to an Enterprise location and ask for a trade but it’s holiday so they probably won’t have anything. I don’t recommend Anaheim St. location. Poor Quality, Poor Customer Service.
It was an easy and hassle free car rental !..
We sat for several minutes after finally having someone come from the back with no communication about what was happening with our rental car. When we arrived, there was one individual visible at the location—and when we asked, we were told he was a Driver who just started yesterday. He got up within 10 seconds, came forward to our right, looked out the windows and then went to the restroom. Renting a vehicle from Enterprise was a surprisingly pleasant, pain-free experience! We picked up our van at Fresno International and scheduled drop off here at the LGB location. The female counter employee working on Sat. 08/02/25 was extremely friendly and helpful, I really appreciate her service! After the nightmare rental car experiences I have had elsewhere I will plan to only use Enterprise!
