Great price, convenient pick-up/drop off close to home, friendly and accommodating agents at the store.
The process of renting and returning the car was very easy. Everyone was great that I spoke with. I had the rental due to my car being in the shop after a collision. When my car was ready, I was able to leave the car at the repair shop and Enterprise picked it up from there. A great experience.

It is rare to encounter someone who is both so capable and so genuinely helpful with customers. She made the experience seamless from start to finish. Five stars.
After several stops and starts, about 8 miles, the dash display alerted that there was an Engine malfunction. The car interior smelled bad, marijuana odor. Turned on air conditioner and the smell worsen. I could not trust this car on the freeway
