If I could give no stars I would. Me and my family placed a reservation in March for our family vacation in July. The day before we had to pick up the vehicle someone called in the afternoon around 1230p to confirm that the size vehicle we needed which was a 7 passenger Suburban or bigger to fit all my passengers and and luggage. I informed them yes I would need this size vehicle they stated that they had a recall on all of their mini vans and had to upgrade everyone to the bigger SUVs but he would work on getting my family ... read more

My Mother just went here to pick up a car she reserved last week. They had the wrong phone number for her, but could have contacted her via email. When we called corporate, they had her correct phone number! Completely useless! There’s no car! Never again!!! Stay far away from these jokers.

Booked a car for a 9am pickup. When I went to pick it up, there was no one there to help me. They had a sign they’d be back in 15 min and to call a person/number for immediate assistance. However, that person left their phone sitting on the desk so assistance was not available. Also learned after leaving without assistance because I had an appointment that no cars were available at all. Their website still says available. Avoid.

Was able to get a last minute same day reservation right before the holiday weekend. Danni was very helpful and made check-in easy, had us on the road within 5 minutes at most. Wish there were more street parking options to leave your car but understand it’s outside of their control. Everything exactly as described and expected.
